About Us

Mandy Spray and Dawn Wilding have been Natural Health Practitioners for more than 20 years and have never stopped being fascinated by the unfolding wonders of everyone’s own innate capacity for resilience and wellbeing.

Their interests in the world of Mind, Body and Spirit are fuelled by their insatiable appetite for study and they can attribute their success in practice to being open minded and humble enough to know there is always something deeper to understand.

Their studies and training have included Homeopathy, Functional Nutrition, Life Coaching, EFT, Reiki, Counselling and Bodywork all of which combine to provide them with an eclectic toolbox of knowledge to draw on. Their skill is to connect with people and have different conversations about any aspects of health and wellbeing. These conversations then help those people to make sense of their own life circumstances.

Dawn Wilding

Dawn has studied extensively during the past 30 years and founded her own complementary health centre in Suffolk staffed by highly qualified and experienced practitioners.  Dawn has a special interest in exploring the connection between our state of mind and physical health.  She encourages people to see what governs their emotional experiences and uses common sense explanations of how we function on a physical level enabling them to see that wellbeing itself is always available to them, regardless of the situation they may feel they are in.

Mandy Spray

Mandy initially trained as a nurse and spent some years supporting people with learning disabilities and their families. During those years she also studied homeopathy and other complementary therapies which all reflected her deep love of all things Mind and Body related! She now runs her own Transformational Coaching business, specialising in helping people to overcome the blocks that may be getting in the way of them living the lives that they dream of! Mandy works with individuals and groups both online and in person, as well as running workshops and residential retreats.

Mandy and Dawn have busy and fulfilling lives and have personal experience of living with the implications of life-changing circumstances and both know for certain that, through their own experience and working with others, there is always light at the end of the darkest tunnel and whatever the circumstance, those unsettling feelings will inevitably pass. They have come together to form this organisation through their desire to encourage each individual to understand how resilient we all are. That even in our darkest moments the spark of hope is always available to us.

Jay Welsh

We are delighted to welcome Jay Welsh on board as a coach with our Back on Track programme. Jay runs his own coaching business and is passionate about helping young people to work out who they are and what they want from life.

Jay is offering us a few hours per week as the programme fits perfectly with his wish to make coaching accessible to all young people.

Jay knows the coaching industry from all angles. From receiving coaching as an anxious teenager, to now coaching those who are in a similar position. Jay knows exactly what it feels like to feel confused about life, lost and anxious.

Jay also knows how to help people to overcome those feelings and to become a better version of themselves than they could ever imagine.

After the coaching that he received as a teenager Jay declared ‘I aim to be the person I needed’. This led to Jay training as a coach and setting up his own coaching business. He specialises in working with people under the age of 25.

In Jay’s words

When I was in my teens, and struggling to find a path out of anxiety and panic, I needed someone who could relate to my experiences, someone I could talk to without being judged. Someone who understood what I was going through and had my best interests at heart. For me, that was hard to find.

Luckily, I came across coaching and that was when the world really opened up for me, and I started to step in to the person that I am today. I quickly understood just how powerful and life enhancing coaching can be and so decided to become a coach myself.

I am also a Performing Arts Coach for children and young people, helping them to gain confidence and learn how to show up as their own unique selves.
