From 1-to-1 sessions with people wanting to know more about their individual health issues to regular online meetups exploring the mind-body connection

From our foundation programme ‘Rest, Replenish and Heal’ to specific projects with charities or businesses, supporting the workforce in their health and wellbeing.

Two recent ‘Simply Listening Projects’ both had great feedback. One was supporting parents of teenagers with mental health issues, the other providing a listening ear to frontline healthcare workers.
