Step 1 – Purge Your Pantry!

Purge your pantry of happiness thieves that trigger inflammation and depression.

• Sugar

• Finely ground white flour

• Alcohol

• Processed convenience foods

• E additives, primarily the flavour enhancer MSG, sweeteners and emulsifiers.

• Gluten – if you are sensitive.

• Fast carbohydrates such as white unfermented bread, white rice and white pasta.

• Palm oil, trans fats and other refined oils.

• Chips, margarine, sunflower oil and fried food containing omega-6.

As much as possible, eat food cooked from fresh ingredients.
