Some really good ideas that will help your gut feel happier and function in healthier ways.
Don’t smoke!
Do plenty of exercise, providing a more varied gut flora and move your body whether by walking, stretching or dancing.
Reduce your stress – stress exacerbates the effects of junk food.
Take time out to rest or just be still, let your mind settle or perhaps meditate.
Do more of what you love and laughter is good!
Try to stick to a regular circadian rhythm for food and sleep.
Avoid antibacterial detergent, mouthwash, hand cleaner etc.
Get out and meet people.
Be tactile! (if they think it’s ok).
